What is Medcall
Medcall is a conversational artificial intelligence platform (hereinafter referred to as the 'Platform') owned by Global e Business Solutions (GEBS). This platform includes a virtual assistant that allows patients to interact for appointments, inquiries, and support, 24/7. Medcall also facilitates call management and provides automated reporting of interactions. The terms and conditions for using the Medcall platform (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms') apply every time you use the services offered by this platform. By accessing, using, or registering to benefit from the Medcall services (hereinafter referred to as the 'Services'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Communication methods
As part of the Services, you may receive emails or other types of messages sent to you by Medcall (GEBS) or GEBS partners. You can unsubscribe from unwanted commercial messages by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each message. By using the Services, you consent to GEBS collecting, using, and transmitting certain information about you to its partners, as described in the Personal Data Protection. GEBS may use this information to contact you or inform you about changes to the Services.
Account deletion
Any registered user has the right to delete their account. Deleting a user account from the Application is done by accessing the Profile section in the menu. Deleting an account will not affect a User's obligations to GEBS, GEBS partners to which they have committed by accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use (including but not limited to intellectual property, indemnification, and liability limitations), intended to survive such deletion. GEBS may deactivate a user's account or suspend access to the application's content if that user violates the Terms and Conditions of Use or engages in other inappropriate conduct, at GEBS's sole discretion and without prior notice.
Intellectual property
The intellectual property rights to the Medcall platform belong entirely to GEBS. The Medcall platform is protected by laws regarding intellectual property, industrial property, and other applicable laws. No provision in these Terms and Conditions of Use grants you the right to use the name Medcall or any of the trademarks, logos, domain names, other distinctive commercial features, or other copyright-protected materials of Medcall and its partners. Any opinions, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Medcall or the Services are entirely voluntary, and GEBS will be free to use these opinions, comments, or suggestions as it sees fit, without any obligation to you. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, broadcast, transmit, make publicly available, or otherwise use any content from the Medcall website, including text, design elements, graphics, interfaces, and illustrations, in any way, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Privacy terms
By your agreement expressed by accessing and using the Medcall platform, your personal data and any other information provided by you may be recorded, processed, and used by SC Global e Business Solution (GEBS). Please consult the Personal Data Protection for more details on how we manage the collected information. If you do not agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, please do not use the Medcall platform.
Change of this Agreement
It is in your interest to check this page periodically and inform yourself of any changes, as they are binding on you. You confirm and agree that your continued use of our Services will constitute your acceptance of any provision of the Terms and Conditions of Use as they may apply when you use Medcall. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use, please request the deletion of your User account and discontinue the use of our Services and/or Medcall partners. You can find these terms and conditions in the profile section of the Medcall application.
Other
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is deemed null, illegal, or unenforceable, this will not invalidate all provisions or other parts thereof. The null provision will be replaced by mandatory legal rules or established practices or customs, and the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions of Use, together with the Personal Data Protection, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding their subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, and understandings between the parties regarding their subject matter. These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by Romanian law. The competent courts for the resolution of any claim arising from or related to any use of GEBS Services are those in Cluj county, Romania.

GEBS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or to modify the Terms for free accounts. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use will be found in the profile section of the Medcall application, in the Terms and Conditions section.
